MD Connected Ltd is currently inviting applications for a Medical Clinic Administrator to join our amazing team. The successful candidate will have to excel with the patient experience and be a strong team player. We are seeking hard working, enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals who will help oversee all administrative activities for our organization. This would include developing expertise in our EMR, troubleshooting minor technical problems, preparing/overseeing internal organizational requirements and reporting, basic bookkeeping, acting as a liaison/point-of-contact between vendors and the organization, registering patients, managing the inbound/outbound calls as well as other activities as required by our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Following up with labs/specialists
• Assisting with implementing new services, processes, and initiatives
• Improving clinical efficiencies ? Main phone switchboard
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
• Assisting with billing coordinator with submissions/rejections as required
• Greet and register patients at our physical clinics

Duties/Responsibilities of the Job:

• Conduct patient intake
• Complete head to toe assessments
• Liaison via videoconference and the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) with physicians
• Provide health teaching to patients
• Perform basic administrative duties
• Maintain a neat and sanitized working area
• Support pharmacy partners as needed
• Develop care and expertise in the use and care of equipment
• Troubleshoot minor technological problems
• Triage virtual patients
• Follow all company guidelines and best practices
• Ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Demonstrated competence within the full scope of practice of a Registered Practical Nurse
• Current membership with the RPNAO
• Current CPR and Police Record Check
• Experience in the delivery of primary care
• Proficiency in the use of computers and information technology is mandatory
• Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment and fluctuating workload
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with electronic medical records such as Accuro would be considered an asset
• Experience with OTN and the field of Telemedicine would be considered an asset
• Ability to provide coverage throughout our clinical network within the GTA would be considered an asset

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business opportunities to grow pipeline
• Identify, develop, and maintain current and potential client/partner relationships
• Create and communicate proposals to clients
• Follow-up on and qualify leads
• Provide monthly reporting of sales, wins and losses to the management team
• Capture and objectively communicate customer needs, problems, and interests to colleagues
• Develop strategic insights to drive business leadership decisions
• Conducting external research / data gathering and analysis
• Manage the entire sales process
• Identify decision makers, schedule meetings, meet qualified prospects, and execute appropriate sales techniques and cycle to close sales

Required Skills/Experience:

• Successful completion of either a university degree or college diploma in business
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, in business development, or sales & marketing in healthcare environments such as hospitals, government or private sector required
• A large network within the Healthcare community including physicians, pharmacies, etc.
• Ability to collaborate with functional leaders and teams
• Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to clearly define objectives and priorities
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); briefing, presentation (incl. preparation of materials), education/training skills
• Self-starter demonstrating flexibility and ability to provide leadership under pressure whilst dealing with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
• Effective interpersonal communications skills and ability to successfully build relationships
• High level of business integrity and ethics
• Possess your own vehicle and valid driver’s license

What you will do:

• Lead a talented marketing team that includes graphic designers, UX specialists, marketing coordinator, copywriter, and social media expert to meet and exceed expectations.
• Liaison with external marketing groups
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities while optimizing online conversion and marketing channels.

• Manage our campaign budgets and expenditures to ensure effective ROI
• Create and utilize A/B testing to enhance our objectives
• Refine and enhance our digital sales funnel to improve customer acquisitions while simultaneously reducing acquisition costs
• Develop a weekly and monthly performance KPI scorecard that monitors all digital campaigns across multiple platforms, tracking traffic and customer conversions
• Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand.
